Hurricane Helene: Residents confronting scale of devastation which could run as high as $100 billion

From Florida to Virginia, millions in the American southeast are confronting the scale of their losses. They’ve seen hurricanes before, but none like Helene. Authorities said they were still in active search and rescue mode in many states, often without phone service, Internet access or any other kinds of communication. David Akin has more.
