Georgia Governor Brian Kemp warned residents on Friday not to wander out of their homes if it wasn’t necessary, after Hurricane Helene caused widespread destruction and flooding through Florida and Georgia overnight. “Well, I expected it to be bad,” Georgian resident Dayla Jackson said. “But I did not expect this bad.”
