Toronto neighbourhood fears rainfall after 2 summer floods

An Etobicoke neighborhood hard hit with two large floods this summer fears more heavy rain. City infrastructure on their streets hasn’t been able to keep up when rain comes down quickly. As Sean O’Shea reports, some residents aren’t rebuilding their lower floors or filing insurance claims anymore.
