Fredericton looking for regional support for new aquatic centre

Fredericton is appealing to the local governance commission as part of its efforts to secure funding for a new aquatic centre. The city is seeking regional support for the project but the Capital Region Service Commission has not committed to pitching in. Anna Mandin explains.
