Fort Saskatchewan Ladies Night honours mother killed in tragic crash

Earlier this year, a mother from Fort Saskatchewan was killed in a tragic crash. Kassandra Gartner’s vehicle hit a spike belt that RCMP had put down to stop a fleeing U-Haul. When she stepped out of her vehicle, the U-Haul truck struck and killed her.
