Driver in fatal West Vancouver wedding crash sentenced

The family of a woman killed in a West Vancouver crash says the driver’s sentence has left them devastated. Hong Xu was not charged criminally but under the Motor Vehicle Act. As Catherine Urquhart reports, the family says they’ll never be able to get back what they lost.
