The man who pled guilty to the manslaughter of former CBC producer Michael Finlay has been sentenced to three years in prison. As Catherine McDonald reports, a judge found Robert Cropearedwolf intentionally assaulted Finlay in a random attack but did not intend to cause serious bodily harm.
