A town councillor in Conifer, Co., is facing serious allegations after shooting a teenager through the victim’s windshield as they were parked outside of a property owned by the councillor’s girlfriend. According to police, a 17-year-old was shot in the face while looking for a place to take homecoming photos and taken to the hospital where he remained Wednesday evening with serious injuries.
