U.S. President Joe Biden warned against “eating dogs and cats,” as he traded for and donned a Trump 2024 hat during a visit to a Shanksville, Pa. fire station on Sept. 11. Biden’s “dogs and cats” joke was in reference to unsubstantiated rumours about immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, that were brought up by Donald Trump during his TV debate with Kamala Harris.
