Lloydminster RCMP detachment commander Brian Nicholl spoke about the deaths of three people in the Alberta/ Saskatchewan border city that is being investigated as a triple homicide, saying while the suspect or suspects are still at large, it’s believed to be a targeted incident and the general public is not at risk.
