Schools remain closed in Laurel County, Ky., on Tuesday as authorities continue searching for the man accused of shooting at cars along Interstate 75 and injuring five people. The Laurel County Sheriff’s office identified 32-year-old Joseph Couch as the suspect, after finding an AR-15 in a car linked to him. “If he’s dead or alive, it’s our job to try to find him,” said Kentucky State Police public information officer Scottie Pennington.
