A Montreal landlord says one of the units in the building he owns has become a hub for drug dealing, and that a constant stream of drug users is wreaking havoc in the neighbourhood.
Putting an end to the criminal activity has been harder than the man expected, and he’s wondering if the Trudeau Government’s Bill C-5 made it harder for police to disrupt the operation. Dan Spector reports.
