Quebec tables offer to family doctors

Quebec’s health minister says Quebecers are not getting their money’s worth when it comes to access to a family doctor. The government has finally tabled its first offer to the province’s federation of general practitioners after months of tense negotiations. But as Global’s Franca Mignacca reports, it seems there’s still a ways to go before they reach an agreement.
