The school year kicked off for most elementary and high students in the French system on Tuesday. And there are just a couple of days left before students attending English schools are back in their classrooms as well. But even as the school year starts, Quebec is still short thousands of teachers and school support staff members. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
