Students at anglophone cegeps start classes with some anxiety over new language requirements in Quebec

It’s back to school for Quebec cegeps this week. For many, it’s the first time key requirements from the Legault government’s latest language law are officially being applied. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, students and school administrators are worried the new rules will bring lower marks.
