Quebec Premier Francois Legault is facing criticism for not being present in parts of the Montreal area hit hard by flooding from tropical storm Debby’s remnants. The Opposition Liberals say the premier should be on the ground meeting with flood victims. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, they think the CAQ government isn’t taking the issue seriously enough.
