Canadian Urban Transit Association says major cities struggling to keep public transit alive

CUTA (Canadian Urban Transit Association) is sounding the alarm that public transit systems in Canada’s major cities are in dire straits. The organization is urging federal and provincial governments to help, saying, if municipalities can’t find the money in their budgets, a lack of funding could fall on Canadians.
