Community launches petition to take action on speed following Bowmanville fatal accident

Following a fatal crash in Bowmanville involving an alleged impaired driver, that took the life of a 31-year-old father, and left his wife and 6 month old daughter with injuries, a petition has been launched against speeding on Simpson Avenue. Lexy Benedict reports.
