Rewards Canada says many consumers are coming to them about issues with PC Optimum points. This, after Consumer Matters reporter Anne Drewa documented the story of Justin Capper, who found his points to redeem more than $900 in merchandise, could not be redeemed and were frozen by Loblaw.
