Quebec Premier François Legault made his first visit to a flood-stricken area nearly one week after torrential rains hit the province. Last week’s storm left hundreds scrambling to fix soaked basements and damaged homes. As Global’s Franca Mignacca reports, the premier stayed away from the flooding until a visit to the Mauricie region.
