Over half of Ontario convenience stores granted alcohol licenses ahead of expansion

A majority of convenience stores in the province have applied for, and received, licenses to sell alcohol ahead of Sept. 5, while a government agency is also ready to step up enforcement. Global News’ Queen’s Park Bureau Chief Colin D’Mello explains.
