N.B. couple hoping to become parents through surrogacy bring attention to costly fees

A New Brunswick man says provincial legislation is making the process of becoming a father through surrogacy more costly. He and his husband will need to pay more than $5,000 to be on the baby’s birth certificate. Suzanne Lapointe reports.
