Russia used North Korean missile in fatal Kyiv strike, Ukraine’s Zelenskyy says

A four-year-old boy and his 35-year-old father were killed by a Russian missile strike in Kyiv on Saturday night, with three others wounded. Addressing the fatal incident, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the attack involved North Korean-made KN-23 missiles.
