Newly-released body camera video is providing new insight into the moments before shots were fired at former U.S. President Donald Trump last month. Less than a minute before Thomas Matthew Crooks fired at Trump during a Pennsylvania campaign rally, body cam footage from Butler Township police shows the moment an officer was hoisted onto the roof of the building where Crooks was positioned.
