Mother and son killed in Highway 1 crash

The two victims in a crash on Highway 1 on Tuesday afternoon are being identified as a mother and son from the Lower Mainland. Another child is in critical condition in hospital. The chain reaction crash closed the eastbound lanes of the highway for hours, after a driver tried to avoid hitting a ladder laying on the roadway. Troy Charles has the story.
