A West Island family is speaking out after being caught in the crossfire of a shootout between Montreal police and a suspect. Dozens of gunshots were exchanged in the parking lot of a Dollard-des-Ormeaux residential complex. Now, a man is facing several charges and as Global’s Dan Spector reports, an innocent family is completely shattered.
