Business owners on waterfront hoping to land big crowds for Buskers festival

The annual Buskers Festival is back on the Halifax waterfront, and with it also being the upcoming Natal Day long weekend, there are plenty of things to see and do downtown. As Megan King tells us, businesses hope to cash in on the excitement, and the big crowds.
