Rainy weather not dampening fires

Despite the cooler temperatures and rain now falling on the south coast, the province warns our wildfire season is far from over. Right now there are 344 active wildfires, and nearly half are still listed as out of control. Roughly 900,000 hectares have burned so far across B.C.
