Mi’gmaq communities file for land claims across New Brunswick after years of negotiations

Eight Mi’gmaq communities have filed a title claim covering the majority of New Brunswick, saying that they’ve been unable to negotiate with the province. As Global’s Silas Brown reports, one chief says the only option left is to go to the courts.
