The National Advisory Committee is now recommending one dose of HPV vaccine for youth between 9 and 20 years old. NACI says this is primarily the result of research supporting the effectiveness of one dose in preventing infection. Katherine Ward has this story and more in Health Matters for July 25, 2024.
