Peterborough tears down tent encampment; temporary shelter opens at Morrow Park building

Efforts to keep tent encampments dismantled in Peterborough continued on Tuesday morning. Police officers and members of city staff cleared the CN Rail property on Wolfe Street. As Robert Lothian reports, this comes as the city opens a new temporary homeless shelter.
