Photo radar, red-light cameras to finally see the light in New Brunswick

More than 3 years after it was first passed, legislation in N.B. allowing the use of photo radar and red-light cameras will take effect in October. As Silas Brown reports however, a number of questions remain on how it will work in some of the province’s largest cities.
