As Quebecers hit the roads for the construction holiday season, Montreal city officials are trying to help. More than a dozen inspectors are visiting worksites, making sure crews have permits and remove all road side obstacles before signing off for the next two weeks. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, it should mean fewer orange cones.
