Republican presidential nominee and former U.S. President Donald Trump made his first public appearance with a large bandage on his ear at the party’s convention in Milwaukee, Wisc., on Monday, after a weekend assassination attempt. The former president appeared moved by the crowd’s “thunderous” cheers as he stood in a box with some of his children and U.S. Senator J.D.
