London police chief says safe supply drugs being ‘diverted’ to streets

London police Chief Thai Truong said Monday that drugs from the safe supply program were being “diverted” and sold on the streets of London, Ont., “fueling the drug trade.” Truong said that drugs such as hydromorphone were being sold in exchange for fentanyl.
