Bylaw visited property one week before fire

Monday’s destructive fire was one that doesn’t come as a huge surprise to at least one of the neighbours, in fact he was so concerned about the fire risk on the property, he had city bylaw officers come out to the site to take a look just one week prior to the blaze erupting.
