Russia’s United Nations (UN) Ambassador said on Tuesday that his country was not responsible for Monday’s attack on Kyiv’s main children’s hospital, putting the blame on a stray Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile. “We have not bombed the children’s hospital,” Vassily Nebenzia said, speaking to reporters at the UN in New York City.
