Gnome Restoration Society strikes in Kelowna

A Kelowna resident has an interesting tale about his garden gnomes that he initially believed were stolen. It turns out – they weren’t. As Victoria Femia reports, they were returned to him, in better shape than they were before – from a group that he never knew existed.
