N.B. tenants not informed of faulty buildings

We apologize for any confusion. A structural engineer in New Brunswick is alleging that dozens of apartment buildings designed by a now-suspended engineer have serious design flaws. He’s sounding the alarm on a lack of transparency with the public – and says things need to change to prevent this incident from reoccuring. Suzanne Lapointe has more.
