Auditor general raises alarm about Toronto ambulance response times

Toronto’s auditor general has issued a report detailing rising ambulance response times and some of the issues contributing to them. But the chair of the union representing 1,400 paramedics says staffing needs to be bolstered to fix things. Matthew Bingley reports.
