Mandatory Ontario lifejacket law languishes at Queen’s Park

A proposed law that would make lifejackets mandatory for children 12 and under in Ontario is languishing at Queen’s Park despite being introduced more than a year ago. As Global News’ Queen’s Park Bureau Chief Colin D’Mello reports.
