Two cyberattacks that hit CDK Global, a company that provides software to thousands of car dealerships across North America, have left the company working to restore its services. As a result, many dealers have resorted to alternative ways of helping customers with tools — such as pen and paper — or have been forced to close temporarily in some cases.
