Alberta woman with cerebral palsy fights to be able to use her mobility scooter

A woman from Olds in central Alberta is devastated after being told she cannot use her mobility scooter to get around town. As Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports, it’s raising the issue of where enclosed mobility devices fit in on Alberta roads and sidewalks.
