Donald D. Summerville Pools set to reopen as city expands outdoor pool openings

After a lengthy rehabilitation project costing several million dollars, the Donald D. Summerville Olympic Pools will reopen on a modified schedule this Saturday. Dozens of other outdoor pools will also be opening ahead of the full summer schedule next week. Matthew Bingley reports.
