Group of Kingston seniors petition to have a temperature by-law put in place for rental units

A group of organizations, including 350kingston, climate action now, and just futures Kingston, have created a petition they plan to bring to city council – asking for a bylaw that requires landlords to keep temperatures in rental units below 26 degrees during the summer, without passing costs on to tenants.
