Toronto police said Friday during an update on a major auto theft and re-vinning investigation that a former Service Ontario employee was helping the suspects disguise stolen vehicles by providing falsified documents and license plates. Police say 100 vehicles were stolen and re-vinned and of those, officers have recovered 21 vehicles worth between $1.5 to $1.8 million.
