June 17, 2024
An emergency centre will be moved away from the site of a new homeless encampment that has been causing problems in the neighbourhood. The new centre will provide a place to sleep among other resources. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, city officials hope it will stem the problem before it comes worse.
