People with relatives and loved ones buried at the Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery in Montreal are once again angry, this time about the state of the grounds. Some who visited on Father’s Day demanded answers after spending the day doing maintenance tasks that they say they pay for. Phil Carpenter has the story.
