Calgary water main break: Emergency chief warns of traffic congestion from road closures for repairs

At a Sunday afternoon update, Calgary Emergency Management Agency chief Sue Henry outlined a number of road closures along 16th Avenue that may impact the morning commute with increased traffic congestion. “We are moving quickly. We know the urgency you feel to get back to normal as quickly as possible, and I can assure you that our teams feel that too,” Henry said.
