An Alberta foster-based dog rescue is desperately trying to save dogs whose lives are in jeopardy in an overcrowded high-kill shelter in California. In Alberta, BARCS Rescue has found homes for more than 2,500 dogs who were at serious risk of being euthanized, but they need more. Bev Reid from BARCS Rescue joined Global News at Noon to speak about how Albertans can help.
